How does the Compensation Plan work for new Members?

Here's a simple theoretical example of the compensation new Members may receive during their first three months.

MONTH 1

Let's assume that you are a new Member. With your Sponsor's help, you enroll five new Members and two Preferred Customers.

Each person purchases $100 in product**, earning you the rank of Star. As a Star, you have access to:

bulletThe Dynamic Unilevel
bulletThe Differential Bonus
bulletThe Rising Star Bonus
bulletThe Star Rebate

** Each product has a qualifying point value, or QP, and a commission value, or CV. QP is used to calculate rank, and CV is the monetary value on which commissions and bonuses are calculated.

Possible Income:

Because the Rising Star Bonus is based on the company's worldwide revenues, we'll use an average amount of $300 for this example. That means you earn:

bullet$40 from the Dynamic Unilevel
bullet$300 from the Rising Star Bonus
bullet$70 from the Differential Bonus
bulletand $20 from the Star Rebate

Total for the month: $430

MONTH 2

During the second month, you focus on helping the five new Members you enrolled last month duplicate your efforts. With your help, each of them establishes an additional five new people. Like last month, everybody in the organization purchases an average of $100.

You are still a Star, but watch your paycheck grow...

bullet$540 from the Dynamic Unilevel
bullet$300 from the Rising Star Bonus
bullet$20 from the Differential Bonus
bulletand $20 more dollars from the Star Rebate

Total for the month: $880!

MONTH 3

The third month follows the same pattern. Through your efforts and those of your sales organization, last month's new Members recruit five Members each. Again, everyone orders $100 in product.

The points earned by these purchases advance you to the rank of Senior Star. That means that in the third month you will earn:

bullet$1165 from the Dynamic Unilevel
bullet$300 from the Rising Star Bonus
bullet$20 from the Differential Bonus
bullet$20 form the Star Rebate
bulletand $1,240 from the Overrride Bonus!

Total for the month: $2,745!

An amazing paycheck in just 3 months. From this point on the potential is limitless.
