RANK QUALIFICATION
Your rank in Young Living will
determine which layers of the Compensation Plan will give you a payout. At
the end of each month, the Young Living computers use five factors to
calculate your rank: |
Personal Qualifying Points,
or PQP, is the monthly total of points from your own purchases and
purchases of your Preferred Customers.
Organizational Qualifying
Points, or OQP, is the monthly total of all points from purchases
from yourself, your Preferred Customers and your entire organization.
Group Qualifying Points,
or GQP, are the monthly total of points from purchases from yourself, your
Preferred Customers and your organization through six non-compressed levels of
your sales organization.
Enroller Qualifying Points,
or EQP, consist of the total of all monthly purchases from any Member or
Preferred Customer that you have ever personally enrolled, regardless of their
rank or position.
Leg Qualifications
are required for leadership ranks. In order to progress in rank you must help
others in your organization achieve higher advancement levels, which in turn
allows you to advance.

MEMBER — the
general term used to describe any Young Living Distributor or Customer.
PREFERRED CUSTOMER
— a Member who chooses not to participate in the Young Living business
opportunity, but rather desires only to purchase the products. Preferred
Customers purchase products at Preferred Customer prices, which are
approximately 10% above wholesale. Preferred Customer purchases apply
toward the enroller's qualification points. Thus orders placed by any of
your Preferred Customers count to qualify you in the compensation plan
as if you had personally placed the order.
SPONSOR — the
immediate upline, or individual directly above the Member in the sales
organization. Sponsors are responsible for helping support and train
their downline Members.
ENROLLER — the
Member who actually recruited or introduced a new Member to Young
Living. In the past this was called the Referring Member.
LEVEL — a
region of depth in your organization. A person you sponsor and place
immediately below you in your organization is on your first level.
People sponsored by your first level are typically on your second level,
and so on.
RANK — the
actual commission qualification achieved during a commission period.
POINTS — used
to determine your rank. Each Young Living product has an assigned point
value. Points are earned when a product is purchased. The point system
accommodates international expansion. While currencies may fluctuate,
products will carry the same point value across the globe.
PQP (Personal
Qualifying Points) — total points of all purchases made by the Member
and any of the Member's Preferred Customers.
OQP
(Organization Qualifying Points) — total points of ALL personal,
Preferred Customer, and downline purchases.
GQP (Group
Qualifying Points) — total points of all personal, Preferred Customer,
and downline purchases through six (6) levels of the sales organization.
For purposes of this qualification, the six level group volume is not
compressed.
EQP (Enroller
Qualifying Points) — total points of all purchases from all personally
enrolled Preferred Customers and/or Members. All orders placed by anyone
that you have ever personally enrolled, regardless of rank or position,
count toward this qualification.
CV (Commission
Value) — the monetary value assigned to each product on which
commissions and bonuses are calculated. |
